Book order terms

These terms apply to printed Canadian Firearms Safety Course student handbook orders made through CFSC.ca.

What we sell

CFSC.ca independently sources genuine, physical copies of the listed handbook after an order is paid. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the RCMP, the Canadian Firearms Program, or the Government of Canada.

Price and delivery

The price shown at checkout is the complete price for the listed book and standard tracked delivery within Canada, unless checkout clearly says otherwise. It includes sourcing and order handling. Orders are normally delivered in 7–14 business days after processing.

Availability

Orders are sourced after payment. If a supplier cannot provide a genuine copy, we will contact you promptly and offer a refund or an alternative delivery estimate before dispatch.

Returns and problems

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your book arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive. Keep the packaging and include your order details so we can help. Return eligibility for change-of-mind purchases depends on the item remaining unopened and resaleable; contact us before sending anything back.

Customer information

We use your name, email, shipping address, and order details only to process and support your order. To deliver the book, we may share the recipient name and delivery address with the supplier and carrier. Card payment details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by CFSC.ca.
